Ken Gale
Decarbonisation and Framework Manager
Ken joined us as the Managing Director of Hurley Decarbonisation Solutions in 2020. He started his career in 1982 as an apprentice EITB Maintenance Fitter and has since worked as a Consultant Building Services Engineer for most of his working life.
Ken has sixteen years’ experience of developing and implementing Net Zero and heat decarbonisation plans. His previous roles include Building Energy Manager, Carbon Trust Energy Consultant and a Construction Building Services Engineer. He has working client side on numerous multi-year contracts for key customers which include the Welsh Government, Transport for Greater Manchester, and South Wales Police.
Away from the office, Ken enjoys spending time taking part in triathlons, sports endurance events and the occasional adventure sailing expedition.
