James MacDonald

As our dedicated Thermal Insulation Manager, James leads the delivery of all thermal insulation requirements for the Company. James started his career with us in 1999 and worked as a Quantity Surveyor before moving over to thermal insulation where he was made Thermal Insulation Manager in 2018.

James has over 10 years of experience in developing practical and energy efficient solutions for clients and is involved from concept right through to completion. Known for his excellent customer service and flexible approach, James has built up great working relationships over the years. He works with the project team to ensure the thermal insulation installation is delivered to the highest quality standards which surpass the client’s expectations. He looks after a sizable team of thermal insulation installers who report directly to him on a day to day basis.

When he’s not in work, James is a keen golfer and can often be found working on his handicap at his local golf course. He is also a committee member of his community leisure centre and chairman of his local squash club. He is an avid Swansea City fan and boasts he has not missed a home game during the last ten seasons. He also has a passion for travelling to far-flung destinations where he can experience authentic cultures and take in the different way of life
