F P Hurley was successful in securing a refurbishment project within Sovereign Shopping Centre, Weston Super Mare, to form new office workspace, café and a cycle hub. The development will be known as Weston General Stores (WGS) and is designed to draw footfall back onto the high street.
The refurbishment created modern and bright office accommodation, largely comprising of cellular office spaces, reception areas, breakout spaces complete with toilet facilities, co-worker spaces, performance space and private meeting rooms.
