F P Hurley delivered the mechanical services for Crown Student Living’s student accommodation in Nottingham City Centre. The scheme comprised of 196 studios and 230 cluster rooms, totaling 426 rooms across six storeys. The facility also provides ground floor social areas consisting of a gym, laundry room, karaoke room, reception area and gaming rooms. Works started October 2022 and completed December 2023.
