Annual Golf Day Celebrates our 75 Year Legacy

As we celebrate our 75^th year, we’re delighted to share that the annual Hurley Golf Day, held at the Royal Porthcawl Golf Club on the 25^th June, was a resounding success. The sun shone down and blue skies prevailed as teams of valued customers and partners swung into action. We welcomed guests from Willmott Dixon, Bouygues Construction, John Perkins Construction, Bray & Slaughter, Arthur J Gallagher, Cambria Consulting, SDS Consulting, JFK Electrical and BSS.

Our annual Golf Day is our way of showing appreciation to our clients the vibrant local community of which we’re proud to be a part. We firmly believe in the importance of building strong relationships, and what better way to do that than by spending the day on a golf course, enjoying some friendly competition and great company.

Our guests enjoyed a wonderful day out with stunning coastal views across the Bristol Channel, followed by a well-earned and delicious dinner in the Clubhouse. It was fantastic to receive so many messages of thanks after the event.

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed yesterday. The club and the course were stunning whilst the food was great. Thanks to you all for the great company. All in all, a great day.

Perfect day apart from my golf!  Hurleys are always the consummate hosts and yesterday the weather and the course were the perfect compliment as well.

A fantastic event as always! The golf was enjoyable, even if challenging. The food was first class and the gift bag very appropriate, even if some of it was lost on the course. Huge congratulations to the green staff, as the condition of the course was first class. Most importantly for me, was your selection of great company. It was good to catch up with old friends, colleagues and peers and to meet some new people, in a relaxed environment, which you provided.

Although the main objective of the day was to enjoy ourselves and strengthen the connections we’ve made, congratulations must go to the winner of the day; well done to Grant Jeffries of Bray & Slaughter who was the overall winner.
