F P Hurley Celebrates Commitment to Real Living Wage

We’re delighted to announce that the Living Wage Foundation have accredited us as being a Real Living Wage Employer. The Foundation works with employers who share the belief that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay and so set a minimum wage based on the true cost of living, which is higher than the Government’s own minimum wage and living wage rates each year. This commitment applies to not only directly employed staff, but also to our third party contracted staff.

As a business, we’ve always wanted to reward the hard work and dedication shown from all of our employees, and by making a commitment to join an established and recognised organisation such as The Living Wage Foundation, we hope to encourage other businesses in the facilities management sector to make a similar promise to their employees.
