Supply Chain Awards Success for Rhodri Jones

Huge congratulations go to Rhodri Jones who has won a Supply Chain Respect Award for Excellence from key client Bouygues UK. Rhodri picked up the award due to his exceptional performance as site supervisor on the Pencoedtre High School project in Barry, scoring highly in all aspects of the award criteria which included reliability, quality, innovation and responsibility.

The awards, which recognise Bouygues’ key supply chain partners who have gone above and beyond in supporting its teams on the front line, were held at Bouygues’ Cardiff office on the 21^st October.

Dylan Jones, Site Manager at Bouygues, commented:

“Rhodri supervised the successful delivery of the mechanical package at Pencoedtre High School on his first project as site supervisor. Rhodri demonstrated a number of key qualities whilst undertaking his role as supervisor that included enthusiasm, integrity and excellence towards the task in hand. His positive, helpful approach to the work and in particular problem solving is reflected in his workforce attitude demonstrating Rhodri’s influence on his team. An excellent role model as a supervisor.”
