Supporting Local Charities who are Fighting Homelessness

At F P Hurley, we aim to connect our people with local causes and recently supported the work of three homelessness charities in the Bridgend and Swansea regions. We made significant donations of food, clothing, toiletries, tents and bedding to each charity, which included Matthew’s House in Swansea, The Wallich in Bridgend, and also The Elms in Bridgend which is part of the Kerrigan Project run by the Pobl Group and provides temporary accommodation for 8 individuals with complex needs for up to a year. We engaged with each organisation to donate ‘wish list’ items that were in short supply to ensure we delivered maximum benefit. These charities are on the front line of fighting to end homelessness and work tirelessly to help people experiencing homelessness. We look forward to strengthening links with them in the future to continue supporting the vital work that they do.
