F P Hurley to Deliver Mechanical Works on Harwell Quad Two Project

We’re pleased to announce F P Hurley has been appointed to deliver the mechanical works for the Harwell Quad 2 project in Oxford. Harwell is a one of the UK’s leading science and innovation campuses; home to Public Health England, The European Space Agency, UK Space Gateway, Medical Research Council and The Science and Facilities Council.

The Quad Two is a 40,000sq ft ‘Grade A’ office development, providing four floors of flexible and contemporary office space. The building will be located next to the existing Quad One office development and will be in close proximity to amenities such as a gym, mini supermarket, a nursery, café and several landscaped outdoor spaces designed to enhance employee wellbeing.

Quad Two will offer some of the most prestigious office space in the area. F P Hurley’s scope of services will include air conditioning, ventilation, ground source heat pump, heating system, domestic hot and cold water services, above ground drainage, sanitary ware and rainwater system.
