Team Hurley Enjoy Successful Cricket Trip to Worcester

Following the gradual easing of COVID-19 restrictions, members of F P Hurley enjoyed a weekend trip to Worcester in early September 2020. The trip, which takes place every year towards the end of summer, provided much needed relaxation time for approximately 20 employees who have been working tirelessly throughout the lockdown. The weather was kind and staff were able to enjoy a game of cricket or golf which provided an excellent opportunity for everyone to de-stress and reflect on the events of the past months.

Careful consideration and a lot of planning was put into the trip this year to ensure that all Government guidelines in relation to social distancing could be strictly adhered to throughout the trip.

“We know that providing opportunities for our staff to engage and de-stress boosts morale, which is particularly important at the moment. A lot of time went into planning the trip to ensure it was well organised and everyone’s safety was the primary concern. The trip was an outstanding success and we look forward to next year’s event.”
