F P Hurley Partners with Insight Health Screening

F P Hurley has teamed up occupational health provider Insight Health Screening Ltd to provide a system of ongoing health surveillance for all site workers. The scheme initially started back in 2018, and since then 100 site operatives have received a Fit to Work Medical and ongoing health surveillance checks.

Office staff have also had the opportunity to attend Workplace Wellbeing Checks, which promote healthy living and provide a range of resources to support physical and mental wellbeing.

Adrian Hurley, Managing Director, comments:

It’s so important to invest time and resources in supporting the physical and mental health of employees. We have introduced various benefits and plans that give workers the opportunity to maintain or improve their health, both at work and outside of work. These include wellbeing checks, health surveillance, free fruit for employees, volunteering opportunities and a cycle to work scheme. We want to help staff positively manage or overcome wellbeing challenges, which will hopefully make them feel more valued and invested in their work. It is all part of creating a company-wide culture which supports people’s wellbeing.
