John Davies
Building Services Design Manager
We welcomed John to the team in 2019 as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in the building service industry working as a Building Services Designer, CAD Manager and Building Services Manager.
John’s role as Building Services Design Manager involves the management of all mechanical and electrical design services from concept and preliminary engineering solutions through to stage 5 detailed design and construction. He is skilled in providing detailed designs, calculations, site surveys, drawings, estimates, specifications and feasibility studies to ensure that all project design objectives are recognised and achieved.
Outside of work, John loves to watch and partake in sports, particularly rugby and karate. He has also competed in several powerlifting competitions.
