Ben Chan

Ben joined the team in 2024 and is a highly experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years’ experience working in Hong Kong. His capabilities include BIM construction for MEP, energy efficiency and conservation, energy audits, electrical and mechanical system design and project administration. Ben has used various BIM/ 3D design tools to design and coordinate MEP systems and is specialised in his field. Ben holds a BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering and also a MSc in Sustainable Urban Development. 

Outside of work, Ben enjoys an active lifestyle and his hobbies include swimming and hiking with his family. He is a member of the National Trust and enjoys exploring historical properties and is a firm supporter of their conservation work.
