Golf Day Success at Royal Porthcawl Golf Club

F P Hurley hosted its annual Golf Day on the 22^nd July 2021 at the Royal Porthcawl Golf Club. Now in its 7^th year, the golf day is an informal event for us to thank our customers for their loyalty and get to know them better away from the world of work.

16 keen golfers, making up 4 teams, gathered for the afternoon event. Set along the stunning Welsh coastline, the Royal Porthcawl Golf Club proved to be a wonderful venue for the teams to enjoy 18 holes of golf. The sun shone all afternoon as the golfers made their way around the top quality course, taking in the breathtaking coastal views whilst celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship.

After a great afternoon of golfing action, guests were treated to a spectacular three-course meal and awards ceremony in the clubhouse. A special mention goes to Mike Chaney of Willmott Dixon, who won the overall Best Golfer award on the day.
