As our dedicated Maintenance and Aftercare Manager, Kevin is involved in projects during pre-handover, handover and the twelve-month defects period. He is also responsible for the company’s PPM maintenance contracts and has a small team of maintenance engineers reporting to him.
Having 35+ years of experience in a variety of roles contribute to Kevin’s ability to deliver an outstanding service to clients. He is known for his analytical approach to problem-solving and his teamwork skills, which enable him to effectively communicate ideas and solutions, thus ensuring the building can function efficiently and sustainably.
