MAINTENANCE MANAGER SCOOPS CUSTOMER AWARD

We are proud to announce that F P Hurley Aftercare and Maintenance Manager, Mike Marten, has won a top award at the Willmott Dixon Wales and West Supply Chain Awards. The Customer Award recognises outstanding levels of customer care and communication. The awards were a result of nominations by Willmott Dixon personnel within the region, who commented:

“The highest level of aftercare resolution we see across our LCO that is further supported through the strong engagement from conception and all the way through the life of a building. Special mention to Mike Marten.  

They are always on time, with good communication with Willmott Dixon and the Customer/End User which is reassuring to our customers and assists in closing out issues in a timely fashion.  In closing out defects they always demonstrate a willingness to work with others to find the most appropriate method to resolve any issues.”
