Design & Build Projects
We offer a complete design and install package to our clients. The team is experienced in working from all RIBA stages, but we are most effective when involved as early as possible. We review every project that passes through the office. We want to maintain our reputation of delivering quality and efficiency at a sensible cost.
Design
Approximately half of our work is carried out directly for clients, providing a full design service from concept to handover. This is our preferred method, as it allows us to avoid the need to rework areas of concern. We apply robust coordination processes from the start, and place services in the position they will be installed. This approach also allows us to use practical, cost-efficient, and safely maintained strategies, thus aiming to save the client money on both designing services and site installations.
Design & Build
Our design & build services are generally taken from consultant designs, which are either RIBA Stage 3 or 4. This usually involves a level of reconfiguration of services routes and locations to suit best practice installation methods.
